Game changer: HVAC wages, opportunities continue to rise

Two men looking at HVAC machine at Moraine Park

The HVAC/R industry is desperately searching for trained individuals in all areas of the field. Wages for technicians are well above average and continue to climb. You can be that person everyone wants to hire!

So what’s next?

Well, as the old saying goes: “Help me, help you!”

I am looking for individuals that would like to become members of a very strong profession, a profession which we can tailor to your interests and natural talents: HVAC/R! The profession I am referring to is Heating, Ventilating, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration (HVAC/R). Making this move could be the game changer you have been looking for and I can help you along the way.

I’m Bob Krug, HVAC/R Instructor for Moraine Park Technical College in West Bend, Wis. The HVAC/R field includes those skilled in BAS (computer controlled building automation systems), Refrigeration Mechanics, Heating & Air Conditioning Installers and many other specialties. The point is, there are many fields in the HVAC industry that one can be involved in. I am available to answer any questions you may have regarding the HVAC/R Industry and would really like to show you the Moraine Park Technical College HVAC LAB. I genuinely would like to help change your future.

Future blog posts from me will showcase the HVAC industry career paths, interviews with employers and home owner tips. If you have specific HVAC topics you would like to see discussed, please call, email or text me and I will try to include it in my next blog post. Or if you just have questions about HVAC/R, in general, and need advice. Here’s my email address rkrug1@morainepark.edu.

Remember, it’s time to stop using excuses not to succeed! At some time in our lives most of us have needed this advice. And I’m offering it to you now. Get ready for success, and “help me, help you!.”
