Moraine Park’s restaurant to feature lunch menu
Moraine Park Technical College’s Park Terrace restaurant is making a culinary splash this summer, operating for the first time during the month of July. Park Terrace will be open from 11 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. on Wednesdays and Thursdays until July 28, featuring a casual pub style menu with items like fresh ground chuck steak hamburgers, soups made from scratch and handmade pastas.
At Park Terrace, meals are created, cooked and served by Moraine Park Culinary Arts students. Summer menu entrées include: Park Terrace Burger, Asian Chicken Wrap, Jerk Salmon, Culinary Club and Summer Pasta. Specials are presented daily and made with the freshest ingredients available, offered by the day’s student manager.
