Moraine Park Technical College has graduated its third group of participants from the STRAT (Strategy, Alignment, Talent) program.
The STRAT program is designed to give business professionals cross-functional development linking strategy and execution to achieve measureable goals within their organization. The STRAT program was developed by Moraine Park’s Economic and Workforce Development department in partnership with Dr. Alan Patterson, president of MENTORÉ. Through the program, students participate in workshops, networking events, professional coaching and self-assessments to help them complete a project and enhance their organizational leadership performance.
Participants included Angella Mattheis of Agnesian HealthCare; Tony Sizemore of Grande Cheese Company; John Campbell of Amerequip; Laurie Barz of Moraine Park Technical College; and Andy Theisen of Kondex Company.
Registration is currently in process for the 2014 STRAT session. Informational briefings will be held on Thursday, Dec. 12, from 3-4:30 p.m. at all three Moraine Park campuses.
