Moraine Park Technical College will offer a Chiropractic Assistant radiography delegation course at its
Beaver Dam campus in May and June.
This course introduces radiological information and skills required for chiropractic assistants to take
X-rays in the chiropractic health setting. Students will complete 48 hours of classroom instruction, plus 52 hours of radiography-related on-the-job experience under the supervision of a chiropractor. Upon passing the course, the
American Chiropractic Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ACRRT) Limited Permit examination will be given,
which is the basic-level test after 100 hours of coursework. Successful completion of the course and the exam will
satisfy the Wisconsin State Licensing Board requirement for X-ray delegation to an unlicensed person.
The course meets over six days:
Thursday, May 17 12-8 p.m.
Friday, May 18 8:30 a.m.-6 p.m.
Saturday, May 19 8 a.m.-4 p.m.
Thursday, May 31 12-8 p.m.
Friday, June 1 8:30 a.m.-6 p.m.
Saturday, June 2 8 a.m.-4 p.m.

The nonrefundable ACCRT exam fee is $90; bring the fee and a 2”x3” photo of yourself to the first class to register for the exam. Moraine Park’s Beaver Dam campus is located at
