Real estate class offered at Moraine Park

Moraine Park Technical College is offering “Real Estate Preparation” to introduce the fundamentals that are required for selling real estate. The class will help develop skills in the topical items identified in the current Wisconsin Administrative Code, and it meets Wisconsin’s 72-hour educational requirements for those seeking a sales license. 

Real Estate Preparation (course number 194-190-002) will be held Wednesday evenings for 16 consecutive weeks, Jan. 23 through May 7, from 6 to 10 p.m. in Room O-103 at Moraine Park’s Fond du Lac campus, 235 N.
