Real Estate Preparation offered at Moraine Park

If you’re interested in a real-estate career Moraine Park Technical College is offering a Real Estate Preparation course beginning Sept. 3.

The course covers the fundamentals required for acting as a salesperson in the brokering of real estate. Participants will develop skills in the topical items identified in the current Wisconsin Administrative Code, meeting Wisconsin’s 72-hour educational requirement for those seeking a sales license. 

Real Estate Preparation (194-190-003) is offered for 16 weeks on Wednesdays, Sept. 3 through Dec. 17, from 6 to 10 p.m. at the Fond du Lac campus. The cost is $309.70 plus $88.95 for books.
