Moraine Park offers September events; Constitution Day to be observed

A concert and a Constitution Day observance are planned for Wednesday, Sept. 17, at Moraine Park Technical College campuses.

 

Fond du Lac campus: Community members are invited to join Moraine Park in observing Constitution Day, Sept. 17. National Treasure: Book of Secrets will be shown at 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. in the Cyber Center cafeteria on the Fond du Lac campus. The movie is free. Food will be available during both showings at a cost of $5 per meal for the public. West Bend campus: Ryanhood will play their acoustic folk-rock blend on Sept. 17 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the cafeteria. Ryan Green and Cameron Hood have toured theaters with platinum-selling artist Jason Mraz recorded their forthcoming record with Grammy-winning producer Ross Hogarth. They performed in Boston’s world-famous Street Performers Festival and earned a standing ovation at the 2005 National Association for Campus Activities national conference.
