Free orientation for online/blended classes offered at Moraine Park

If you’re planning to take an online/blended course at Moraine Park Technical College this summer, a free face-to-face orientation can help you get started.

Online/blended orientation sessions will take place Thursday, May 21, at the Fond du Lac campus; Tuesday, May 26, at the West Bend campus; and Thursday, May 28, at the Beaver Dam campus. Participants can choose to attend a 2:30 to 4 p.m. session, or 5:30 to 7 p.m.

A blended format refers to classes that can be taken both online and in the classroom. These optional orientation sessions are designed to help prospective and newly enrolled students get a feel for online courses, eCollege, chat rooms and other aspects of online learning.
