Moraine Park offers new student registration, orientation together

New program students at Moraine Park Technical College can simultaneously register for courses and participate in New Student Orientation (NSO) in May.

The dual-purpose dates are May 19, 20, 21 and 27. New students will receive help with class registration, obtaining a student ID and setting up a student e-mail account, as well as tips for being successful in college. Sessions will be offered from     8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 1:30 to 6 p.m.

For students who miss the priority dates in May, Moraine Park will hold a New Student Orientation (minus the registration) on June 9 and Aug. 11. For these dates, students will need to register for classes on their own online, in person or by phone. They should also register for an on-campus NSO session, or take the orientation online. The online NSO will be available     June 1 through Aug. 21 at www.morainepark.edu/onlinenso.
