Learn how to create a winning offer to a government solicitation during two training seminars on Tuesday, Aug. 25. The training sessions will be conducted by the Business Procurement Assistance Center (BPAC) at Moraine Park Technical College’s Fond du Lac campus.
“Competitive Strategies for Government Contracts” will be held from 9 to 11:30 a.m. and provides a systematic approach to responding to a solicitation. Attendees will learn cost estimating, price analysis techniques and profit determination. Additional topics include managing fact finding and negotiations as well as compliance mandates. Learn how to “sharpen those pencils” and enhance your company’s competitive position. The fee is $40 per person.
“Create an Offer to a Federal Government Solicitation” will be held from 1 to 3:30 p.m. Attendees will get hands-on experience in designing proposal submittals for real government solicitations and will come away more confident in their own ability to write a compelling proposal. The fee is $40 per person.
