Free online/blended class orientation offered at Moraine Park

If you’re planning to take an online/blended course at Moraine Park Technical College this spring, a free face-to-face orientation can help you get started.

 

Online/blended orientation sessions will take place on the following days:

 

West Bend campus: Tuesday, Jan. 12, 2:30-4 p.m. and 5:30-7 p.m., and Wednesday, Jan. 27, 9:30-11 a.m.

 

Beaver Dam campus: Wednesday, Jan. 13, 2:30-4 p.m. and 5:30-7 p.m.

 

Fond du Lac campus: Thursday, Jan. 14, 2:30-4 p.m. and 5:30-7 p.m., and Thursday, Jan. 28, 1:30-3 p.m.

 

A blended format refers to classes that can be taken both online and in the classroom. These optional orientation sessions are designed to help prospective and newly enrolled students get a feel for online courses, eCollege, chat rooms and other aspects of online learning.
