Moraine Park Technical College will offer two training sessions for businesses interested in learning more about General Services Administration (GSA). The training sessions will be held on Thursday, Oct. 7 at the Fond du Lac Campus, 235 North National Avenue, and will be conducted by the Business Procurement Assistance Center.

The first session, Introduction to GSA Schedules, will be held from 9 to 11:30 a.m. This session will provide information on pursuing a GSA contract for a business. Businesses that currently have sales success in the commercial marketplace and want to pursue expanded sales in the Federal government may look to GSA for the answer. Attendees will learn which products and services are available under GSA contracts and how to identify a proper schedule for businesses.

Session two, GSA Solicitations - Responding to Requirements will be held from 1 to 3:30 p.m. This session will focus on how to complete GSA solicitation paperwork. Trainees will receive specialized guidance organizing and positioning their company for a contract award.  Topics of discussion include pricing policies, FAR clauses, required forms and performance requirements.

Registration for this seminar is required and can be completed online at matcmadison.edu/bpac-wi. A $45 fee per person for each seminar will cover the cost of training materials. For more information, contact BPAC by email at bpacevents@matcmadison.edu or by phone at 608-243-4490.
