Moraine Park to host NEW ERA Adult Information Session Nov. 4

Moraine Park Technical College will host a Northeast Wisconsin Educational Resource Alliance (NEW ERA) Adult Information Session on Thursday, Nov. 4 from 2 to 5 p.m. in the Fond du Lac campus cafeteria.

The NEW ERA information session is for adults interested in learning about degree options, financial aid, scholarships and techniques to fit busy lifestyles. Representatives from the following colleges will attend to offer information and answer questions: Moraine Park Technical College, University of Wisconsin-Fond du Lac, UW-Oshkosh, UW-Green Bay, UW-Sheboygan, Fox Valley Technical College, Northeast Wisconsin Technical College.

Presentations will run from 2:30 to 4:45 p.m. covering subjects including financial aid, the career center, non-traditional occupations, counseling services, Student Success Center, Accuplacer Prep and GED/HSED information.

NEW ERA fosters regional partnerships among the public colleges and universities in the NEW North to better serve the educational needs of the 1.2 million people in northeast Wisconsin.
