Moraine Park Technical College is meeting the needs of the entrepreneur by helping them get started in a small business that is right for them with a variety of classes and workshops. On Nov. 10, Moraine Park’s West Bend campus will host a free entrepreneurial workshop from 6 to 8 p.m. On Dec. 1, Moraine Park’s Beaver Dam campus will host the workshop – both workshops are delivered by top-notch instructors that will guide participants with valuable information on what it takes to be successful in a small business, where ideas come from, developing a good business plan and area resources.
For more information or to register for the free entrepreneurial workshops, call 262-335-5825 or e-mail email@example.com.
Steve and Doug Brzozowski of Hartford’s Trade Tech, Inc., know the importance of long-term planning and the success of a small business, “The decisions you make and the hours you put towards your own business benefits your own future. We enjoy being our own boss and having control of the direction we would like the business to go,” they said. We also enjoy working with our family members and having the opportunity to pass the business down to our kids as our parents did for us.”
Additional classes from Moraine Park that look at small business needs include Marketing Your Small Business, set for Dec. 15 on Moraine Park’s West Bend campus, and Tax Deductions for Small Business, set for Nov. 17 on Moraine Park’s Fond du Lac campus.
