Learn to create impressive hors d’oeuvres and appetizers for the holidays during Appetizers for the Holidays! Work alongside Dennis Hoffman, pastry chef at Green Lake Conference Center, to create appetizers and treats with a tasty holiday theme.
“We will do things with puff pastry and phyllo dough, and create desserts that you can keep in the freezer and pull out and bake when guests arrive,” said Hoffman.
