Have you had a chance to attend one of Moraine Park Technical College’s free business workshops or webinars yet? If not Moraine Park will be offering several free entrepreneurship workshops and webinars this fall, open to all individuals interested in learning more about business basics.
The workshops will be held Wednesday, Aug. 21, from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Fond du Lac Campus; Thursday, Aug. 29, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Beaver Dam Campus; and Thursday, Sept. 12, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the West Bend campus.
During the workshop, participants will learn what it takes to be a successful entrepreneur, the anatomy of a business plan, the nuts and bolts of starting a business, types of business entities, regulations and requirements, and resources available to help you get started.
In addition to the entrepreneur workshop, Moraine Park offers classes for aspiring entrepreneurs and existing small business owners including:, Exploring Your Business Ideas, Conducting Research for Business, Pre-Business Planning, Opportunity Analysis, Writing a Business Plan, Website Design, Money Management, Marketing, Human Resources and many more.
