On Thursday, May 8, explore the culinary landscape of Ireland at Moraine Park Technical College’s Park Terrace in Fond du Lac, while helping students fulfill their study abroad dreams with Moraine Park’s International Education.
Enjoy a diverse three-course meal and cultural displays and activities. The menu includes Bubble and Squeak Cakes as an appetizer, an Irish Flag Salad and a Creamy Mussel Chowder. Diners then select one of the following entrees: Salmon with Bacon and Flaked Almonds, Scallops with Corn Pudding, Beef and Guinness Pie, or Irish Spaghetti. For dessert, Irish Cream Cheesecake will be served.
This three-course Irish dinner is $20 per person, with proceeds supporting study abroad scholarships through the Moraine Park Foundation. The Taste of Ireland seating begins at 5 p.m., and the last seating will be at 6:30 p.m.
