Eating a burger can have a lasting impact (Besides just that ketchup stain on your shirt. Why does that always happen!?).

If you haven’t heard, Moraine Park Technical College’s student-run restaurant, Park Terrace, is once again open for the semester! This time around we are featuring pub style favorites with a local flare. As always,  the menu is completely prepared and served by culinary arts students.fdl-scholarship-banquet-2016-web-16

“The Park Terrace Restaurant not only offers students a great work experience, it also gives them a chance to feel the rush of working in an ongoing fully operational business.  Deadlines must be met, costs need to be controlled and quality of the final product is in their control,” said James Simmers, Moraine Park culinary instructor.

Of note this semester, the popular Park Terrace Burger (fresh ground chuck, bacon jam, haystack onions and paprika mayo) is back now as the Foundation Burger.

Oh, and about that lasting impact:

Beyond simply showing your support for our culinary students when you come in to Park Terrace (which they greatly appreciate), for every one sold, a dollar will be donated to the Moraine Park Technical College Foundation to support student scholarships!

Hours of operation are Tuesdays and Thursdays 11:00 – 12:30. Reservations are recommended and can be made on our Online Resrevation site.
