Moraine Park Technical College has a learning opportunity for students entering 6th-8th grade.

Tech Knowledge College gives students an interactive look at the skills and careers needed today and in the future. Registration is now open for this annual three-day camp, held July 31 to August 2, at Moraine Park Technical College’s Fond du Lac campus.

There are many areas to learn about, and students will get to select two sessions to participate in. These sessions include ABC’s of Yoga, Art & Soul, Auto Repair, Be Your Own Cake Boss, Beyond Band-Aids, Cooking Nutritious & Delicious!, Fix it, Tune it, Ride it!, Just Breathe, Law and Order, Lighting Up The World, Own it! Start Your Own Business, Red Lights & Bandages – Paramedic Life, and Salon Techniques. Sessions are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Early registration is encouraged, as sessions fill up quickly.

Cost is $115 and includes two interactive career sessions, a T-shirt, a morning snack and lunch each day. Tech Knowledge College is held from 9 a.m. – 2:45 p.m.  Bussing is available from Moraine Park’s Beaver Dam and West Bend campuses; seats are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
