The list can go on and on. What we have a hard time to talk about is mental illness and yet 1 in 3 individuals suffer. Sadly some may suffer in silent or are told “our family takes care of our own problems” when recommending counseling.

But let me go back to those that suffer in silent, let me interject and share with you a story, my story.

Transferring Moraine Park Technical College credits to a four-year college or university has never been easier. Find information from over 20 four-year colleges and universities at Moraine Park’s Transfer Fair, held on Tuesday, Feb. 21, at the Beaver Dam campus; Wednesday, Feb. 22, at the Fond du Lac campus; and Thursday, Feb. 23, at the West Bend campus. The event will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the cafeteria at each location.

Admittedly, we may not be able to compare to some of those amazing discoveries, but we did host an awesome event this past week: one that centered around helping people discover what we offer, and how we can help people find successful, satisfying careers.
