TEDx Fond du Lac – ENOUGH
The TEDx event was an incredible opportunity for people who have a passion for making a difference to come together and connect. We heard from speakers who graciously shared their amazing life-changing experiences, trials, and triumphs.
We laughed, we cried, we were motivated – to do more, to be better, to be ENOUGH by surrounding ourselves with those who have similar values and to never stop pursuing what sets our soul on fire! We were challenged to think about innovation, and not to lose sight of our goals and childhood dreams. It was a great reminder to hear that sometimes the answer to succeeding is to simply “show up!”
One large take away from the day is that we need to uplift others, be there, help them and that although no one is cut from the same mold, we are all human. No matter our race, shape or size if we work together we can leave this world a better place than we found it.
Speaker Greg Giles left us with a thought-provoking comment, “if your goal could be accomplished alone, it probably wasn’t big ENOUGH.”
