Sample career options and waive your application fee at Career Showcase

Whether you’re still trying to figure out what you’ll be doing post-high school, are looking to finally make that career change, or have your mind made up and want to get started with the college application process – Moraine Park’s Career Showcase is for you!

Career Showcase is an annual event we hold to, well, to showcase what we’ve got to offer.

Our instructors will have their labs and classrooms open so you can see for yourself what you’ll be learning. If you have questions, they’ll be happy to answer them and you’ll maybe even get a chance to try out some of the equipment for yourself!

We’ll also have our Academic Advisors available to answer your questions about what and how credits transfer, the petition process for health programs, is there a wait list, what kind of placement tests are needed, and more.

We know paying for College is a question on everyone’s mind and our Financial Aid staff will be there to show you the important ins-and-outs of the Financial Aid process. And, staff from our Diversity Resources and Employment Services Offices, along with other Moraine Park services will also be available!

Attending Career Showcase also gets you a $30 application fee waiver (some restrictions do apply and you can find those at morainepark.edu/careershowcase), and I, along with my fellow recruiters will be onsite to help walk you through the online application process!

Tuesday, October 11 – West Bend Campus

Wednesday, October 12 – Fond du Lac Campus

Thursday, October 13 – Beaver Dam Campus

4-6:30 p.m. – (Sessions, tours, etc., will be ongoing throughout the event so feel free to come and go within the scheduled time.)
