Recently in Fond du Lac, three presenters from the community  shared information and provided practice opportunities in nutrition and stretching.

Two nutritionists covered different topics including making healthy food choices, exploring MyPlate to guarantee a balanced diet, and using grocery store ads as a guide for shopping wisely. A fitness instructor from the YMCA provided instruction in stretching and yoga. Such practical, hands on experiences help cement traditional classroom learning of the English language.
