Internships: Bridge to Your Future

exhibitor talks with female student at moraine park healthcare career fair

Internships are key to building experience for a college student. Employers are much more likely to hire someone with internship and work experience, rather than someone with a generic resume.

Here are some reasons why you should explore internships:

  • To gain experience; resume booster
  • Have the opportunity to watch, learn, and put new things into practice
  • Build confidence
  • To get a feel for different industries
  • Improve your communication skills

Students can go on company tours, get a professional LinkedIn photo taken, attend breakout sessions, and network with business representatives. All activities will be held at the Holiday Inn and Thelma Sadoff Center for the Arts in Fond du Lac.

Registration is required by Sept. 27. To register, visit our internship fair registration website.
