The Moraine Park Foundation’s Garden Party Gourmet Dinner is sure to be an evening to remember. Guests are invited to dress in their favorite floral or spring attire, and will be entertained by local talent, bid on great auction items, and try their luck at our popular wine cork pull and heads-or-tails 50-50 raffle.
The event, presented by the Moraine Park Culinary Arts program, will be held Friday, April 27, at the Fond du Lac campus. The reception will begin at 5:30 p.m., followed by dinner at 7 p.m.
The six-course meal, prepared by our talented culinary arts students and instructors, will start with a savory Grande Ricotta pancakes and pikliz appetizer followed by a garlic and sweet pea soup. Baby green chiffonade with Sartori Dolcina and spiced herb dressing salad will be served. The intermezzo will be cucumber aquavit granita. For the main entrée, grilled pork tenderloin with peperonata and tomato gastrique with braised baby arugula and smashed new potatoes will be served. The meal concludes with dessert, a refreshing citrus mousse.
Last year’s Gourmet Dinner raised more than $30,000 for student scholarships and emergency financial assistance.
Tickets are $100 per person or a corporate table of eight can be purchased for $800.
