Program targeted to individuals needing “The Piece of Paper”

I have met many fantastic area employees who have great experience, but lack “that piece of paper” to get the next promotion. I bet you can think of a few people in a similar situation.

As a Leadership Development instructor at Moraine Park Technical College, I get to work with many of these individuals to develop skills. I enjoy helping them accomplish their goals, and their success stories give me great satisfaction.

Our leadership development program at MPTC offers accelerated, evening and online options tailored to employed adults.

The flexible learning options help balance the course load without interrupting already busy schedule balancing work and personal life. Each class runs six weeks and evening classes meet once each week for four hours.  Core courses are offered at scheduled times, while support, general studies and electives courses may be taken at any time. Courses give students background in human relations, leadership, project managemnt, legal and safety issues, problem solving, team building, diversity and change management, as well as other topics.

See what four individuals from Mercury Marine, Quad Graphics, Agnesian Hospital and National Exchange Bank and Trust have to say about the Leadership Program in the video above.

If you’re interested, take noted that new classes start every six weeks. Please contact me, Mary Vogl-Rauscher, at 920-887-4465 or an academic adviser for additional information!
