CNA Certification For High School Students

CNA class at slinger HS

Moraine Park held a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) course at Slinger High School this fall. This opportunity allowed for high school students to obtain both a certificate and college credit.

Jodie Dolinar, a nursing assistant instructor, noted that this course was received with excitement by the school and students. They even had visits from the superintendent, administrator, and principal, who came to show their support of this opportunity.

For these students, obtaining their CNA certificate in high school gives them a jump start on their college career.

The great news? More CNA classes, specifically for high school students, are scheduled to start soon!
