Congratulations Zach Prunty, winner of Moraine Park Technical College’s Alex Prunty Racing $500 Scholarship!

Zach received the scholarship at the annual Lomira High School Scholarship awards banquet in early May. He will be attending Moraine Park’s Fond du Lac campus in the fall, studying Electromechanical Technology. Watch for a future blog post on Zach!

The Alex Prunty Racing Scholarship was established in 2016 to support the movement of youth involvement in motorsports in Wisconsin. Lomira High School was instrumental in pushing Alex, a 2011 Lomira High School alumnus, to pursue a motorsports career. The major focus of this scholarship is to provide monetary support to students aspiring for a profession or involvement in the motorsports industry. Students who have an interest in motorsports, technical background, and are enrolled at Moraine Park Technical College, are eligible to apply for the Alex Prunty Racing Scholarship.

We are grateful for Alex’s continued support of Moraine Park students and wish him the best of luck on the track this year! More information on Alex Prunty Racing can be found at alexpruntyracing.com.
