IT Careers Completion grads showcase new website

Moraine Park IT Careers Completion grads

Moraine Park Technical College held an IT Careers Completion Ceremony on March 8. The definition of identity is who you are, the way you think about yourself, the way you are viewed by the world and the characteristics that define you.

As we charge into 2016, Moraine Park Technical College’s marketing department has been given the opportunity to challenge the perception of our college identity. Not only the way we perceive ourselves, but how we are perceived by the community, students, stakeholders, local businesses, etc. Sound like a big task? Darn right!

Guest speaker, Claudia Pitt Galligan, an alumni of our Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) program, recently came back to Moraine Park Technical College to speak to some of our second-year students and share how much this program has meant to her. If you’re unaware, Medical laboratory technicians assist physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases by performing tests on tissue, blood and other body fluids.
